POSTS FREESTANDING

This partition system features freestanding posts up to 24’ high. Standard post spacing is 2’ to 10’ center-to-center. Custom post spacing is also available. Ideal for creating a secured perimeter in any manufacturing or warehouse facility. Panels are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with one or two welded 1/2” ø reinforcement rods.

POSTS TOP FIX

This partition system features floor-to-ceiling posts up to 48’ high. Standard post spacing is 2‘ to 10’ center-to-center. Custom post spacing is also available. Ideal for maximizing storage or workspace as the partition utilizes the full height of your facility. Panels are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with one or two welded ø 1/2” ø reinforcement rods.

This partition system features freestanding posts up to 42’ high and includes framed roof panels for added security. Standard post spacing is 2‘ to 10’ center-to-center. Custom post spacing is also available. The perfect system when you need a high-level security partition in your plant or warehouse. Panels are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with one or two welded 1/2”ø reinforcement rods.

ROOF

Roof panels are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with one or two welded 1/2” ø reinforcement rods.

SINGLE SWING GATE

All single swing gates are equipped with a padlock hasp, hinges and door stoppers. Gates can be hinged in for different orientations (opening inwards or ouwards / swing left or right). Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with two welded 1/2” ø reinforcement rods from center to the corner.

DOUBLE SWING GATE

All double swing gates are equipped with a padlock hasp, hinges and door stoppers. Gates can be installed in two different orientations (open inwards or outwards). Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with two welded 1/2”ø reinforcement rods from center to the corner.

SLIDING GATE

Sliding security gates allow you to have a door opening in constricted areas. With a wide selection of dimensions, sliding gates are ideal for heavy or large equipment and storage access. All sliding gates are equipped with a padlock hasp. Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with two welded 1/2”ø reinforcement rods.

DOUBLE SLIDING GATE

Cogan bi-parting sliding gates are available in a similar range of convenient sizes as our sliding gates. Ideal for use in constricted areas. All bi-parting sliding gates are equipped with a padlock hasp. Additional lock options are also available. Doors are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with two welded 1/2” ø reinforcement.

TUNNEL GATE

When a wide opening and full height clearance are required for forklift access, nothing works better than a Cogan tunnel gate. All tunnel gates are equipped with a padlock hasp and heavy-duty 5” soft rolling casters. The top track guide allows for easy slide maneuverability, while the strong bolted steel handle offers a sturdy grip. Doors are made of 2” x 2” x 10 GA welded wire mesh framed in 1 1/4” x 1 1/4” x 12GA structural angle with two welded 1/2” ø reinforcement rods.

BI-PARTING TUNNEL GATE

Cogan’s service wicket gate acts as a service counter. The top portion of the door swings open, while the bottom portion remains fixed to restrict free access to the partition. All service wicket gates are equipped with a padlock hasp, hinges and door stoppers. DUTCH GATE

Cogan's Dutch gate is designed to act as both a swing gate and a service counter. Open the top and bottom portions for full-access or open only the top portion to create a service wicket. Installs in two orientations. Padlock hasp and hinges as well as a spring latch are included. Additional lock options are also available.
